Last night at the 2019 Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year Winners Exhibition at Clarendon Fine Art’s flagship Dover Street gallery in Mayfair.  Co-presenters Stephen Mangan and Joan Bakewell mingled with the 2019 winner – Duncan Shoosmith alongside all eight other heat finalists, showcasing their work from the popular series, produced by Storyvault Films.
